- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged during shipping or are found to be defective upon arrival and you have contacted us within 15 days of delivery as per our Return Policy.
- Incorrect Shipment: If you receive products that do not match your order and you have contacted us within 15 days of delivery as per our Return Policy.
- Approved Other Returns: For returns of unused and unopened products approved under our Return Policy for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Conditions for Receiving a Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned items must be:
- Accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from AzarTubes customer service.
- Received by AzarTubes in the condition specified when the RA number was issued (e.g., in original packaging, unused).
- For damaged or defective items, sufficient evidence (such as photographs) may be required as part of the return authorization process.
Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected by AzarTubes, we will process your refund according to the following:
- For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments: Upon confirmation of the issue, a full refund for the product cost and original shipping charges will be issued. Alternatively, a replacement shipment can be arranged at no additional cost to you.
- For Approved Other Returns: A refund will be issued for the cost of the products only, less any applicable restocking fees (as outlined in our Return Policy) and the original shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
- Please allow 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Items returned without a valid RA number.
- Items that are not eligible for return as outlined in our Return Policy (e.g., custom orders, used products).
- Original shipping charges, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments.
