At AzarTubes, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you need. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns.
Eligibility for Return
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive products that are damaged during shipping or are found to be defective upon arrival, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Shipment: If you receive products that do not match your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
- Other Returns: For reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, we may accept returns of unused and unopened products within 15 days of delivery. These returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or special-order items.
- Products that have been used, altered, or are not in their original packaging.
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Before returning any products, you must contact our customer service team at returns@azartubes.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive RA Number: Once your return is approved, you will receive an RA number and detailed instructions on how to return your items.
- Package Your Return: Please pack the items securely in their original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Ship the return to the address provided with your RA number. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect shipment), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will issue a refund or send a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
- Other Eligible Returns: For approved returns other than those due to our error, we will issue a refund for the cost of the products, less any applicable restocking fees and original shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Restocking Fee
For eligible returns that are not a result of our error, a restocking fee of 10% of the product’s value may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and inspecting returned items.
Important Notes
- Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA number.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return after it is received.
